IFT (the Instagram follower tracker) is operated from Ontario, Canada and handles your personal information in accordance with Canada's Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA). This page explains what we collect, why, who we share it with, and how to access, correct, export, or delete your data.

What we collect

We collect your email address (via Auth0 authentication), IP address in server logs, and Stripe customer ID for billing. We only read publicly available Instagram data — we never require your Instagram login or credentials.

Your rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by emailing privacy@instagramtracker.com. Account deletion removes all your tracked accounts, metrics, and billing data.
