The short version
- First-time paid subscriptions: 14-day money-back guarantee. Full refund, no questions asked.
- Renewals (monthly or yearly): non-refundable, but you can cancel any time and keep access until the end of your billing period.
- Downgrades: not pro-rated. Take effect at the next billing period.
- Free tier (5 accounts): always free, nothing to refund.
How to request a refund
Email support@instagramtracker.com with your account email and the reason. We process refunds within 2 business days; funds appear on your statement within 5–10 business days depending on your card issuer.
